MyPick is a service owned and operated by PickOS Inc., its parent company. MyPick is the service name; PickOS Inc. is the legal entity operating the service.

In this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PickOS Inc. References to MyPick’s rights, obligations, or actions mean PickOS Inc. acting through the MyPick service. References to the MyPick website, apps, marketplace, or platform describe the service. For agreements with MyPick, your contracting party is PickOS Inc.; the responsibilities of sellers and other third parties remain as described in the applicable agreement.

1. Scope

These terms govern MyPick's artificial-intelligence features. By using any AI feature on the platform — through the website or the mobile apps — you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where these terms conflict with the Terms of Service regarding AI features, these terms control.

2. AI Features on MyPick

AI shopping assistant. Conversational help to find products, compare options, and answer questions about listings while you shop.
AI-powered search intent matching. Search that interprets the intent behind your query and matches it to relevant products, sellers, and content.
Automated translation. AI translation of listings, reviews, and other content so you can read material written in another language.
AI image generation. Tools that generate images from your text prompts for use within the platform.

3. Nature of AI Output

Output from these features is produced automatically. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and it does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Translations may contain errors; the original-language listing controls. Product recommendations and search rankings reflect automated matching, not a human endorsement. You are responsible for evaluating AI output before relying on it, and nothing in an AI response changes the terms of a listing or a purchase.

4. Your Inputs and Generated Content

You retain ownership of the prompts, text, images, and other materials you submit to AI features ("inputs"). You grant PickOS Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your inputs solely to provide the feature you are using, to maintain the safety and integrity of the platform, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. Content generated for you ("generated content") is provided for your personal, lawful use. Generated content is not unique to you: similar prompts may produce similar output for other users, and we do not represent that generated content is exclusive or free of third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use AI features to create, request, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or deceptive, or that violates our community rules. You must not attempt to extract other users' data or personal information through prompts, probe or circumvent safety measures, generate content in a manner that abuses or degrades the service, or resell access to the features without our written agreement.

6. Image Generation Restrictions

AI image generation may not be used to create content that infringes intellectual-property or publicity rights, that is sexually explicit, that impersonates a real person, brand, or public figure in a misleading way, that depicts illegal activity, or that otherwise violates platform rules. Images you generate remain subject to review, and we may remove content that breaches these restrictions and suspend accounts that repeatedly violate them.

7. Bring-Your-Own-Key Users

Where the platform lets you connect your own AI provider API key, requests under that key are processed by that provider under the provider's own terms and privacy policy — not solely by MyPick. You are responsible for the custody of your key, for the costs and usage incurred under it, and for revoking and rotating the key if it is compromised. MyPick does not control how a provider processes data under your key; review the provider's documentation before connecting it.

8. Data Handling

Inputs and related usage data may be processed by AI service providers acting on MyPick's behalf, under contracts that restrict how they may use that data. We handle personal information in connection with AI features as described in our Privacy Policy and retain it in accordance with our Data Rights, Deletion & Retention Policy. Do not submit sensitive personal information — such as health, financial-account, or government-identification details — that a task does not require.

9. Availability and Changes

AI features are experimental and offered as-is. They may change, be offered in limited form, or be discontinued at any time, and we may add safeguards, change models or providers, or restrict features by region to comply with law or protect users. We will describe material changes to AI features in accordance with our Policy Updates & Change Notice.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI features and their output are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. MyPick is not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI output or for generated content that proves unsuitable for your use; the limitations of liability in our Terms of Service apply.

Questions about AI features, reports of problematic output, or concerns about generated images can be submitted through the Contact Us page on the platform or through in-app support. Reports of harmful or infringing generated content are reviewed through our content-moderation process.
