MyPick is a service owned and operated by PickOS Inc., its parent company. MyPick is the service name; PickOS Inc. is the legal entity operating the service.

In this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PickOS Inc. References to MyPick’s rights, obligations, or actions mean PickOS Inc. acting through the MyPick service. References to the MyPick website, apps, marketplace, or platform describe the service. For agreements with MyPick, your contracting party is PickOS Inc.; the responsibilities of sellers and other third parties remain as described in the applicable agreement.

About the Program

This policy explains how customers earn, track, and spend loyalty points and referral rewards on MyPick ("Points"). Points are a promotional loyalty benefit offered by MyPick. They are not a payment instrument, they cannot be purchased, and they are not money. The program is offered at MyPick's discretion, and your current balance and activity are shown on the rewards page of your account.

Earning Points

You earn Points on qualifying purchases once the order is delivered. Pending Points appear in your account after checkout and become available once delivery is confirmed. The earn rate is displayed at checkout and on the rewards page and may vary by promotion, product category, or campaign. MyPick may also award Points through promotional events, challenges, or limited-time campaigns on the terms stated for each offer.

Referral Rewards

You can earn referral rewards when someone you refer makes a qualifying first purchase through your referral link or code. Referral credits follow the same rules as Points. Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, and paid or incentivized sign-ups do not qualify. We may cap the number of referral rewards an account can earn and may decline rewards where a referral does not meet the terms displayed with your link.

Point Value and Redemption

Points convert to checkout credit at the scale displayed on the Platform — for example, 100 Points equal $1 of credit, so 1,000 Points equal $10 — and the scale shown on the Platform controls, even if it changes over time. You redeem Points at checkout by choosing the amount to apply; Points can cover part of an eligible order and can be combined with other payment methods and promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise. Points cannot be applied to gift card purchases and cannot exceed the maximum redemption share shown at checkout.

Expiration and Account Inactivity

Points do not expire while your account is active. If your account is inactive — meaning no qualifying purchase, redemption, or other qualifying activity — for 12 consecutive months, unused Points expire at the end of that period. We will send a reminder to your account email before inactivity-based expiration takes effect.

No Cash Value; Non-Transferable

Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit outside the Platform, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or gifted, and have no value outside the program. Points are not your property and are held administratively by MyPick. Balances are personal to your account and cannot be combined across accounts.

Refunds and Point Reversals

If you return an item or receive a refund, Points are adjusted as follows: the Points earned on the returned item are forfeited, and any Points you redeemed on a refunded order are returned to your balance. Where a refund is partial, the adjustments are proportional to the refunded amount.

Fraud, Abuse, and Clawbacks

MyPick may audit, freeze, deduct, or cancel Points balances where we reasonably detect fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the program — including through multiple accounts, automation, or misrepresented referrals — or violations of our Buyer Terms & Conditions. We may also claw back rewards that were awarded in error. Serious abuse may result in account closure and forfeiture of the remaining balance.

Program Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or end the program, or change earn rates, redemption values, or expiration rules. Material changes will be announced in advance through the Platform or by email, and Points already earned will be honored under the displayed scale for at least 30 days after notice of a materially adverse change, unless we end the program sooner for legal reasons. If the program ends, we will publish a final redemption window before any remaining Points are voided.

Taxes

Rewards may have tax consequences depending on your circumstances. You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to rewards you receive. Where required by law, we may report certain rewards and request tax documentation from you.
