MyPick is a service owned and operated by PickOS Inc., its parent company. MyPick is the service name; PickOS Inc. is the legal entity operating the service.

In this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PickOS Inc. References to MyPick’s rights, obligations, or actions mean PickOS Inc. acting through the MyPick service. References to the MyPick website, apps, marketplace, or platform describe the service. For agreements with MyPick, your contracting party is PickOS Inc.; the responsibilities of sellers and other third parties remain as described in the applicable agreement.

1. Purpose and Scope

These rules govern how promoters present MyPick products and content to the public. They form part of the Promoter Agreement and exist to keep promotion truthful, transparent, and compliant with U.S. advertising law, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides. They apply to every channel and format you use to promote MyPick.

2. Mandatory Disclosure of the Material Connection

You must disclose your material connection to MyPick clearly and conspicuously on every promotion, on every platform, every time. Acceptable disclosures include, for example, "#ad", "Paid partnership with MyPick", or "I earn commissions from MyPick." Vague labels such as "thanks to MyPick", "partner", or "ambassador" are not sufficient on their own.

3. Placement and Format of Disclosures

Place the disclosure where viewers will see it without taking further action — before "more" truncation, not buried in a string of hashtags or below the fold.
In video, include the disclosure in the video or audio itself, in addition to any description field.
In live streams, repeat the disclosure periodically so viewers who join late will see it.
Use plain language and a size, color, and duration that keep the disclosure unmissable on any screen size.

4. Truthful Claims

No earnings guarantees. Never promise specific income, commission amounts, or results from the program.
No medical or health cure claims. Do not state or imply that any product treats, cures, or prevents disease, and do not exceed the claims made in the product listing or MyPick's approved messaging.
No fabricated reviews or endorsements. Do not create or share invented results, fake reviews, or endorsements from people who did not actually use the product.
Only make claims you can substantiate, and present typical results fairly rather than exceptional outcomes.

5. Prohibited Tactics

Purchasing through your own attributed links, directly or through others, to generate commissions.
Cookie stuffing, forced or hidden clicks, or any manipulation of attribution.
Misleading pricing or discount claims, including inflated "original" prices or offers that do not exist.
Coupon-site abuse, including listing expired, invented, or unauthorized codes.
Bots, fake accounts, purchased engagement, or automation that simulates genuine interest.

6. Brand Assets and Impersonation

Use only MyPick-provided brand assets and only for the purposes we authorize. Do not register or use domains, handles, or marks confusingly similar to MyPick, do not imply that you speak for MyPick or for any seller, and do not alter platform tools to obscure that content is promotional.

7. Platform-Specific Rules

Follow the branded-content tools, paid-partnership labels, and advertising terms of each platform you use. Where a platform requires its own label, use it in addition to — not instead of — your MyPick disclosure. Platform requirements never replace these rules or the FTC Endorsement Guides.

8. Reporting Obligations

Promptly report through the Contact Us page: any erroneous claims circulating about products you promoted; any demand, complaint, or inquiry from a platform or regulator concerning your promotions; and any suspected fraud, attribution abuse, or rule violation you observe on the platform.

9. Enforcement

MyPick enforces these rules proportionately to the conduct: (1) a written warning with required corrective action; (2) a temporary hold on commissions; (3) suspension of promoter privileges; and (4) termination with forfeiture of commissions tied to the violations. Serious breaches — including fraud, systematic failure to disclose the material connection, or health misinformation — may result in immediate termination and forfeiture.

10. Changes to These Rules

We may update these rules as platforms, products, or legal requirements change. The current version is available in the promoter console, and material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
