MyPick is a service owned and operated by PickOS Inc., its parent company. MyPick is the service name; PickOS Inc. is the legal entity operating the service.

In this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PickOS Inc. References to MyPick’s rights, obligations, or actions mean PickOS Inc. acting through the MyPick service. References to the MyPick website, apps, marketplace, or platform describe the service. For agreements with MyPick, your contracting party is PickOS Inc.; the responsibilities of sellers and other third parties remain as described in the applicable agreement.

1. Purpose and Scope

This policy explains how promoter commissions accrue, when they become payable, and how payouts are made. It forms part of the Promoter Agreement. Commission economics are determined server-side by MyPick and locked at the time of payment; they cannot be negotiated or altered by participants.

2. How Commission Accrues

A commission accrues when a customer's qualifying order is attributed to you and the order completes — meaning it has been paid and delivered and the applicable return window has closed without a full refund. The commission rate and amount are locked server-side at the time of payment and recorded in the order commission snapshot shown in your promoter console. Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, or reversed do not accrue commission, and commissions on such orders are reversed if already accrued.

3. Payout Threshold and Schedule

Earnings become payable when your available cash balance reaches a minimum of twenty-five U.S. dollars (USD 25). Payable balances are processed on a monthly cycle. Actual timing depends on verification status and banking partners and is displayed in your promoter console. Amounts below the threshold carry forward until the threshold is met.

4. Payout Methods and Verification

Payouts are made by bank transfer to a verified account in your legal name. Before a first payout you must complete identity verification and link a verified bank account. MyPick may use third-party providers for verification and payment processing, and may re-verify your details before releasing funds.

5. Reversals and Clawbacks

If an attributed order is refunded, charged back, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent or misattributed after commission accrues, the related commission is reversed. Reversals are deducted from your available balance; if the balance is insufficient, a negative balance is carried forward and recovered from future earnings. Commissions earned through fraud or material breach of the Promoter Agreement may be forfeited entirely, and amounts already paid may be clawed back.

6. Points and Cash Balances

Promoter points and cash earnings are separate buckets. Only balances expressly designated as cashable count toward the payout threshold. Other promotional points reward activity but have no cash value unless MyPick designates them as cashable. Customer loyalty points are a separate customer-facing program and never convert into promoter earnings.

7. Identity Verification and Tax Documentation

Payouts require current identity verification. If you are a U.S. person, you may need to provide a completed W-9 before payments are released; non-U.S. participants may need to provide the applicable tax forms. Where legally required, payments will be reported to tax authorities. MyPick may withhold payouts until required documentation is received and accepted, and is not liable for delays caused by missing or inconsistent documentation.

8. Suspended or Closed Accounts

If your account is suspended, accrual pauses and payouts are held pending investigation. If your account is closed in good standing, remaining payable balances above the payout threshold are processed on the normal schedule after the return window closes for attributed orders. Balances forfeited for fraud or material breach will not be paid.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update thresholds, schedules, and processes as the program evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the promoter console before they take effect, and continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
