MyPick is a service owned and operated by PickOS Inc., its parent company. MyPick is the service name; PickOS Inc. is the legal entity operating the service.

In this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PickOS Inc. References to MyPick’s rights, obligations, or actions mean PickOS Inc. acting through the MyPick service. References to the MyPick website, apps, marketplace, or platform describe the service. For agreements with MyPick, your contracting party is PickOS Inc.; the responsibilities of sellers and other third parties remain as described in the applicable agreement.

1. Purpose and Scope

This policy explains how settled proceeds for your completed sales are calculated, scheduled, and paid. It forms part of the Seller Agreement, and terms defined there have the same meaning here. Where this policy and the Seller Agreement conflict, the Seller Agreement controls.

2. Payout Eligibility

Settlements are released only when all of the following are true: (a) your KYC verification is approved and current; (b) a verified bank account in your registered legal name is on file; (c) there is no active investigation, holdback, or unresolved policy violation on your account; and (d) any required tax documentation has been provided. We may re-verify accounts periodically or after changes to your details.

3. Settlement Schedule

Settlements are processed on a weekly cycle. An order becomes eligible for settlement after delivery confirmation. Eligible orders are grouped into a settlement run, and funds are transferred to your verified bank account, typically within a few business days after the run completes. Actual availability depends on banking partners and is displayed in your seller console. Orders still in transit, undelivered, or inside an open dispute remain unsettled until resolved.

4. Payout Statements and Reconciliation

Each settlement is accompanied by a payout statement itemizing gross order value, the server-side locked commission for each order, refunds, chargebacks, adjustments, any fees, and the resulting net amount. Review each statement promptly. Report any suspected discrepancy through the Contact Us page within thirty (30) days of the statement date; after that period the statement is deemed final and accepted.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunded or charged-back orders are debited against future settlements. Debits include the portion of the original order value attributable to you and any associated processing costs. If debits exceed credits in a settlement period, the resulting negative balance is carried forward and recovered automatically from subsequent settlements. MyPick will notify you through the console when a chargeback affects your account.

6. Reserves and Holdbacks

MyPick may apply a reserve or a temporary hold to settlements where reasonably necessary to cover risk, including elevated refund or dispute rates, product safety incidents, recall events, fraud signals, or verification concerns. Reserves are disclosed in your seller console together with the applicable release conditions and schedule, and they are released or applied as those conditions are met. Reserves are not penalties; they are protective balances.

7. Fees and Currency

MyPick does not charge a fee for standard settlement transfers. Other charges, such as chargeback fees, are displayed in your seller console before they apply. All settlements are made in U.S. dollars (USD), and MyPick does not support settlement in other currencies at this time.

8. Failed Payouts

If a transfer fails because of incorrect bank details, a closed account, or a receiving-bank rejection, the funds remain held and the transfer is retried after you correct and re-verify the account details. MyPick is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or unverified account information you supply, and repeated failures may result in settlements being held pending verification.

9. Clawbacks for Policy Violations

Settlements may be clawed back in whole or in part where they relate to fraud, counterfeit or prohibited items, unshipped or materially misrepresented orders, recall costs, or other material policy violations, and to offset amounts you otherwise owe MyPick. Clawbacks are itemized in your payout statements so you can see the orders and reasons involved.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our payment operations evolve or as our payment processors change their requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the seller console before they take effect, and continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
